SOFTBALL LEAGUE DIRECTOR INSTRUCTIONS 1. The USSSA TEAM/LEAGUE REGISTRATION FORM and TEAM REGISTRATION FEES* must be sent (email is preferred) or faxed to the USSSA State office two (2) weeks prior to the start of league play (with or without the fees. USSSA will invoice you for your League fees). The Team/League Registration form are linked above for your convenience. *TEAM REGISTRATION FEES are: $35.00 PER ADULT SLOW PITCH team, $6.00 YOUTH SLOW PITCH team, $25.00 YOUTH FAST PITCH team. These fees are not associated with the WSSUA (Umpire) fee structure. 2. All teams must be registered with USSSA, USSSA umpires must be used, and a USSSA approved softball must be used. 3. USSSA Washington must receive a complete listing of the Team Registrations prior to League play. WSSUA Officials may not be provided until receipt of this list. 4. USSSA Rule Books and Tournament Guides, for each registered team, will be brought to the League Director, by your USSSA League Coordinator, upon receipt of the Team/League Registration form by the State office. (Extra Tournament Guides may be supplied upon request). 5. Leagues may adopt independent playing rules that are not consistent with the USSSA Rule book. 6. All league game PROTESTS are handled by the League Director. 7. USSSA does not classify leagues!! USSSA classifies individual teams by their official roster for tournament participation.
