HALL OF FAME - 2007 INDUCTEES

 

The fifteenth annual Hall of Fame Induction Banquet was held on October 20, 2007 at the Sea-Tac Marriott Hotel.  The banquet was attended by over 200 people who came to honor and welcome the nine new inductees to the Hall of Fame.  The prime rib and chicken dinners were delicious.  The speeches were not “too” long.  The evening went well and everyone had a good time.

Congratulations to the new members of the Hall of Fame:  Betty Barnes – Special Category; Tim Tyni – Special Category; Bob Scott – Umpire Category; Doug Weston – Male Player Category; Sam Long – Male Player Category; Aileen McManus – Female Player Category; Reiko Frank – Female Player Category; Dick Calvo – Manager/Coach Category; and Paul Peterson – Sponsor Category.

Thank you to everyone that attended this prestigious event. Your attendance helped honor those people who make USSSA work so well.

Thank you to all of the people who worked on this year’s banquet committee to make this special event a success.  Your work is greatly appreciated.
